   REFLECTION REPORT 01 I. Details of the event/activity      The title of the event that we organized was Video Editing 101 with Adobe Premiere, held on December 4, 2022, 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The event was conducted online via Google Meet. II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)      After hosting the event, properly editing video files and making them look professional was difficult. I was fascinated by the various techniques applied to ensure that shots and scenes flowed seamlessly. Furthermore, the amount of time that goes into editing a single video can be very long.      Overall, the event made me realize just how valuable video editing is. The event was conducted online via Zoom Meeting and Facebook Live. II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)      I believe that a woman can do anything a man can do, and this webinar further proves it. Many women in history changed the world, especially in technology. It's just that these great women are not given the same spotlight as their male counterparts, even to this day. That's why some people still have these "ancient" beliefs that women only belong in the house, kitchen, or the job of babysitting, even though it has been proven wrong throughout the times. Events like these make people open their eyes, ears, and mind, which helps them think about how and why their stereotypes, beliefs, and old way of thinking are wrong.  ...

Details of the event/activity        The title of the event that I attended was  Emerging IT Career Paths: Plan Ahead as a Graduating Student , held on November 6, 2022, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event was conducted online via Google Meet and Facebook Live.  II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)      Jobs related to programming and technology are not as demanded around here. So working somewhere far outside this city is a strong possibility for me.       The speaker heavily emphasized soft skills, such as communication skills, which I lack. Details of the event/activity        The title of the event that I attended was  StackLeague x Manulife Tech Session: Modern IT Delivery on Cloud , held on October 5, 2022, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event was conducted online via YouTube and Facebook Live.  II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)      While the event was about emerging software, such as deploying serverless applications, many things discussed went over my head. They were too complex and out of my specialty to simply comprehend everything. But, one thing that opened up a new perspective is hosting a server as a company. It made me think about how every decision has risks and rewards, as multiple critical factors are involved. As far as I know, serverless is becoming a trend. Everyone was doing it, so I assumed it was normal until I reached Senior High School. My course was Information and Communications Technology, so having a subject about Media and Information Literacy was to be anticipated.
