   REFLECTION REPORT 05 I. Details of the event/activity        The title of the event that I attended was The National Launch of DIWA, held on December 12, 2022, 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The event was conducted online via Zoom Meeting and Facebook Live. II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)      I believe that a woman can do anything a man can do, and this webinar further proves it. Many women in history changed the world, especially in technology. It's just that these great women are not given the same spotlight as their male counterparts, even to this day. That's why some people still have these "ancient" beliefs that women only belong in the house, kitchen, or the job of babysitting, even though it has been proven wrong throughout the times. Events like these make people open their eyes, ears, and mind, which helps them think about how and why their stereotypes, beliefs, and old way of thinking are wrong.  ...

  REFLECTION REPORT 04 I. Details of the event/activity        The title of the event that I attended was  Emerging IT Career Paths: Plan Ahead as a Graduating Student , held on November 6, 2022, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event was conducted online via Google Meet and Facebook Live.  II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)      Jobs related to programming and technology are not as demanded around here. So working somewhere far outside this city is a strong possibility for me.       The speaker heavily emphasized soft skills, such as communication skills, which I lack. Although I have tried to put some effort into improving my speaking and socializing skills, my current level is not enough to make me comfortable being in a workplace filled with unknown people.       Lastly, the webinar ended in a very comforting way that I am not alone in my struggles.
